Today's cake was so fun to make. I really enjoy doing these kind of cakes. 😁 So this one is a vanilla cake filled with chocolate ganache. 🍫😋 Then covered In a blue vanilla buttercream to match up with the WKD theme. Hi everyone.  This cake was so fun to make. I could watch lilo and stitch every day if I could. It was one of my favourites growing up. Vanilla Sponge with Vanilla Buttercream and Strawberry Jam. Finished with 2 toned blue rosette buttercream using my 1m piping tip to create a wave like pattern. I filled in some wee gaps using pink buttercream. Today's cake was made for a Mums Birthday. Chocolate Biscuit cake filled with High Quality Belgian Chocolate, Gluten Free Digestives. I even threw in some of Schars Delishios for an extra wee tasty treat. Decorated with pink marbled fondant and sugar flowers. Happy Birthday Suzanne. 😊
