Lilo & Stitch Cake 17/4/21

Hi everyone. 

This cake was so fun to make. I could watch lilo and stitch every day if I could. It was one of my favourites growing up.

Vanilla Sponge with Vanilla Buttercream and Strawberry Jam. Finished with 2 toned blue rosette buttercream using my 1m piping tip to create a wave like pattern. I filled in some wee gaps using pink buttercream. I then topped it with some white chocolate stars, sugar flowers, sprinkles and edible printed icing sheets.

 

I also made 6 matching Lilo and Stitch Cupcakes. Vanilla Cupcakes with blue Vanilla Buttercream.

This one is defiantly one of my new favourites. 

Hope the birthday girl was happy with her cake and cupcakes.
