Today's cake was made for a Mums Birthday. Chocolate Biscuit cake filled with High Quality Belgian Chocolate, Gluten Free Digestives. I even threw in some of Schars Delishios for an extra wee tasty treat. Decorated with pink marbled fondant and sugar flowers. Happy Birthday Suzanne. 😊 

Hello everyone. 😊 Todays order was a Tall 6'' Sonic Cake. Vanilla Cake filled with my Vanilla Buttercream. Cutting into this cake will reveal a blue and red layered cake. I would have loved to have seen a slice and the smile on the little boys face once it was revealed to him. 😊 I also made a box of 6 matching Sonic Cupcakes. Vanilla Cupcakes that have been died red with my Delicious Vanilla Buttercream. Hope you had a great Birthday River. 😊  

Its my little sisters Birthday. 😊 Shes the youngest of us 6 girls. 😲 Must be tough being the youngest of us lot. 😂 If your wondering her name is Emmy. We all have called her Mimi since she had a name. Its weird to us to call her Emmy. 😂  This cake was a 6'' chocolate fudge cake with salted caramel filling and coated in a white chocolate ganache. She is a big music fan so i tried to base it around that. Using black gum paste and Patchwork Music Note Cutters to make the musical notes. Happy Birthday Mimi. 😊   

Today was a 8'' Vanilla Cake and Matching Cupcakes with delicious smooth Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Topped with a Pink Chocolate Drip, sugar flowers, white chocolate hearts and some gold leaf, I love using gold leaf. It makes for a very elegant cake.

Hi Folks. 😊 Today's Cake is for my Partners Sisters Baby Shower. 👶 Lemon Cake with a White Chocolate Ganache, Blue and Pink Drip as shes keeping it a surprise. The cot is made with gum paste using FMM Baby Cot Cutter Set . Them i popped a wee marzipan baby inside and made a little blanket using some fondant. Because of Covid the baby shower was all a virtual one over Zoom. I had a great time chatting to all you ladies.  I Vote girl. 👶
