TODAYS ORDER WAS A TALL 6'' SONIC CAKE. VANILLA CAKE FILLED WITH MY VANILLA BUTTERCREAM. CUTTING INTO THIS CAKE WILL REVEAL A BLUE AND RED LAYERED CAKE. I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO HAVE SEEN A SLICE AND THE SMILE ON THE LITTLE BOYS FACE ONCE IT WAS REVEALED TO HIM. 😊

TODAY'S CAKE WAS MADE FOR A MUMS BIRTHDAY. 8'' CHOCOLATE BISCUIT CAKE FILLED WITH HIGH QUALITY BELGIAN CHOCOLATE, GLUTEN FREE DIGESTIVES. I EVEN THREW IN SOME OF SCHARS DELISHIOS FOR AN EXTRA WEE TASTY TREAT. DECORATED WITH PINK MARBLED FONDANT AND SUGAR FLOWERS.

THIS 6'' TALL CAKE WAS SO FUN TO MAKE. I COULD WATCH LILO AND STITCH EVERY DAY IF I COULD. IT WAS ONE OF MY FAVOURITES GROWING UP.
VANILLA SPONGE WITH VANILLA BUTTERCREAM AND STRAWBERRY JAM. FINISHED WITH 2 TONED BLUE ROSETTE BUTTERCREAM USING MY 1M PIPING TIP TO CREATE A WAVE LIKE PATTERN. I FILLED IN SOME WEE GAPS USING PINK BUTTERCREAM. I THEN TOPPED IT WITH SOME WHITE CHOCOLATE STARS, SUGAR FLOWERS, SPRINKLES AND EDIBLE PRINTED ICING SHEETS.

So this one is a 8'' tall vanilla cake filled with chocolate ganache. 🍫😋 Then covered In a blue vanilla buttercream to match up with the WKD theme.
Really think this cake is a great summer time party cake. 🥳
